Recruitment for high-tech manufacturing

We recruit Italian engineers, technical buyers and technicians for Brainport employers. Employers hire candidates directly. We confirm before a search starts that the role works in English.

Engineers

Mechatronics, mechanical, test and systems engineers.

Technical buyers & supply chain

Technical buyers, category managers and supply chain professionals.

Technicians

CNC programmers and operators, and mechatronics, service, test, PLC and cleanroom technicians.

For employers

How it works

We provide placement only (werving en selectie). The employer hires the candidate directly, on its own contract. Nothing is payable upfront.

  1. Brief

    The employer provides the role, location and salary range. We check that the team, manager and work instructions operate in English.

  2. Search & screening against the brief

    We source candidates in Italy and screen candidates against the role requirements, in Italian and English, before submitting CVs.

  3. You interview and hire directly

    The employer interviews the shortlisted candidates and makes the offer. The employment contract is between the employer and the candidate.

  4. Fee on the start date

    We invoice 100% on the start date, payable within 14 days. If no placement is made, no fee is payable.

  5. Free replacement

    If the hire leaves within 90 days, we carry out one replacement search free of charge. We provide relocation support for the first six months.

Placement and relocation services

In addition to recruitment, we provide the following services before and after the start date.

Net-pay and housing check

Before a candidate accepts an offer, we provide a net-pay estimate, a check of salary against local rents and landlord income requirements, and a housing shortlist checked for rental scams.

Career help for partners

We review the partner's CV and refer partners to regional career programmes provided free of charge.

Screening against the brief

We screen candidates against the role requirements before submitting CVs.

Six months of relocation support

We support candidates with the housing search, BSN registration and health insurance, and provide written information in Italian on living and working in the Netherlands. We contact the employer and the candidate periodically for up to 12 months after the start date.

Fees

Fees payable on the start date

All fees exclude VAT. Nothing is payable upfront. We invoice 100% on the start date, payable within 14 days.

Founding rate

Engineers & buyers

Engineering, procurement and supply-chain roles from €60k

19% of first-year salary for our first 3 clients

then 22% · minimum €9,500

  • 90-day free replacement
  • Net-pay and housing check before the offer
  • Partner career support and follow-up contact for up to 12 months

Example: for a mechatronics engineer on €67,000 a year, the fee is €12,730 at the founding rate and €14,740 at 22%.

Fee terms
  • Fixed technician fees apply when the top of the salary range is below €60,000. Engineering, design, project-lead, management and procurement roles use the percentage fee.
  • Percentage fee base: gross first-year salary including 8% holiday pay and any fixed 13th month, excluding bonuses and the 30% ruling allowance.
  • Replacement: one free replacement search if the hire leaves within the period. It doesn't apply after economic dismissal, a change to the agreed role, salary, location or working language, or if the invoice is unpaid. No cash refunds.
  • Introductions are valid for 12 months. Candidates never pay us anything.
  • Full terms: our Recruitment Services Agreement and General Terms, in English and Dutch, available on request.

Candidates do not pay a fee. Before accepting a role, a candidate receives a net-pay estimate and information on housing costs.
